Only 4 days late getting this posted, that's nowhere near a record. =)
So, anybody getting sick of all this rain? Aside from the general treachery of Houston bad weather driving, musicians have to deal with loading/unloading gear in the rain, (good idea to pack an extra change of 'stage' clothes) and moving the gear from one place to another because of yet another impending thunderstorm. Oh, the fun we have! And by 'fun' I mean sweating & swearing. The other night at Grappino, I spent as much time setting up/tearing down --changing location-- setting up/tearing down again as I did actually playing. This is why they pay me the big bucks, you can go ahead and laugh now, it's ok!
