Tampa Bay scored their 1st period goals and left Ranger fans contemplating another home loss/lame effort. But Sean Avery got hooked while on a breakaway early in period 2, and was awarded a penalty shot. Here we go...

Avery's 'superstar' move got the Rangers started, the 1st of their 4 2nd period goals, so let's serenade Sean: NY Rangers Goal Celebration Song
Vinnie Prospal (see top photo) put one in, Erik Christensen added 2 goals, and an empty netter by Chris Drury rounded out the scoring.
